Or you may prefer to check out the Trust Technique yourself and work through the videos of which there are 2 options:
The messages of Trust (which I would recommend you listen to before your first consultation) and is a great introduction to The Trust Technique and at the moment is free of charge, so don’t miss this opportunity to hear James French the founder of the Trust Technique share the deeper insights of what it represents.

Or:
The Lifetime Video course is a great way to learn the foundations of the Trust Technique showing you how to build trust and confidence between you and your animals. James French, teaches the basics of which there are about 50 hours of videos explaining the various steps and showing case studies of animals with different issues. One of the requirements to becoming a practitioner is to complete the lifetime video course and to practice the techniques on your own animals. https://trust-technique.com/product/trust-technique-lifetime/tt/101/
What Happens In A Session?
I offer a free 15 minute call to discuss the Trust Technique, how it can help you and your animal and whether you wish to have a private consultation or maybe you prefer to go down the self learning route.
If you choose to have a consultation, I will take a brief history of your animal and we’ll decide whether we work over zoom or I visit you in person. The first session will take up to 90 mins and that will be followed up with a call a week later.
I will teach and guide you on how to bring both you and your animals thinking levels down using a mindfulness technique, to work at a comfortable pace for your animal without using pressure. This is a beautiful technique especially for sensitive animals that will help them overcome issues of all sorts such as aggression with people or animals, fear of noises, separation anxiety. It will calm down over excited animals and bring them into a ‘listening state’, It helps overcome ‘behavioural issues’, while bringing about a healing state. You will be taught how to regard and observe your pets behaviour bringing about a communication that didn’t exist before and building an amazing bond of trust and co-operation between the two of you.
How Many Sessions Will My Animals Require?
On average, I tend to do 3 or 4 sessions per Client.
It often depends on the Client and how much time they can commit to practicing the technique with their animal.
There have been several cases where the animal is highly sensitive and/or traumatised and the owner has needed extra support and guidance. It is very important to work at the animals pace and not to rush it. This is something we can discuss after the first 2 sessions once we see how quickly the owner and animal respond.
The first consultation will take up to an 1.5 hours and after that, each session will last up to an hour.
Do All Animal Respond To The Trust Technique?
Yes. All animals will respond to ‘peace of mind’
James French, the Founder of The Trust Tecnique has even worked with lions and bears as well as wild horses.
So far I have worked on animals including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, goats, chickens, turkeys, a wild pheasant, cattle and sheep
